All Abilities Program
DMA offers classes to students of all physical and neurological abilities in the Premiere and Fundamentals division. Spark Peer Mentors assist during class to make sure everyone has an enjoyable and positive experience.
Spark Peer Mentoring Program
The Spark Peer Mentoring program is specifically designed for 4th and 5th grade students to serve as assistants for students of all abilities in Premiere and Fundamentals division classes.
The Company Program
DMA aims to provide a platform for students of all experience levels to be challenged and to inspire others through the additional performance opportunities available in our Company Program. We recognize the need to provide opportunities to students who’ve had extensive dance studio training as well as those who’ve gained versatile dance knowledge outside the studio setting. The Company Program is open to all who demonstrate dedication and commitment to grow as a dancer.
Professional Dance Companies
To provide access and opportunity into the professional dance world, DMA houses the youth companies of some of Chicago’s established professional dance companies. Students train under the leadership of the company’s Artistic Director. Up and coming professional companies also call DMA their home.
